Hi, my name is Nada

I am a karate athlete from England, specializing in kata. I have been training and competing since I was 7 years old, working hard to improve my skills and achieve my goals in karate.

Representing England at European Youth Championships in Cyprus

I am honored to have been selected to represent the country at the European Championships in Cyprus this year.

Thanks to my support from my coaches, parents, and my hard work I have been improving my skills to match the best athletes in my age category. I am ready for the challenge that the European Championships present!

This will be my 3rd cup for the country!

About Me

In January 2024, I earned my first international cap by representing England at the European Karate Championships in Georgia, where I competed in the Cadet Kata Female category. This was a huge milestone for me, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to represent my country on such a big stage.

In January 2025 I have been selected to represent England at European Championships in Cyprus. I am very proud to represent the country for the 3rd time.

In April 2024, I won gold in the Cadet Kata category at the England Karate Federation National Championships—one of my biggest achievements. It was an incredible experience, and it made all the training and hard work worth it.

In April 2025, I won gold at Youth League in Croatia, after 7 challenging rounds against some of the best Kata athletes in the world.

As of 2026, I am currently ranked 4th in the world in Cadet Kata Female by the World Karate Federation (WKF). I’ve competed in several Karate1 Youth League events and EKF/WKF Championships, traveling to places like Italy, Spain, Croatia, UAE, and Georgia to compete against some of the best young karatekas in the world.

My goal is to keep improving, competing at the highest level, and representing England on even bigger stages in the future. Karate is my passion, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me next! 🥋🔥!
